How do you watch movies?
I found a movie i want to watch, i clicked it and am on the page with the reviews and news and stuff. i subscribed to the movie, and now i cant watch it. i cant seem to find a place that allows me to actually view the movie, and i am very frustrated because i just want to watch a movie! help!!!!!!

For movies, you need to check the 'Popular searches' section. Infringing content is not allowed, but you can often find options to watch through official sources in that section.
Because some bad or spam links can be added in with the good, we recommend you stick to the links that take you directly to a page with the video on the page, and avoid the links that require you to pay, download, or fill out any personal information before accessing the video.

1I want to know why I can access tv shows & movies that are linked to megavideo from here. BUT I can not find the stuff myself when I log into megavideo. This is so frustrating. I paid for an account on their site so I don't have a time limit but I have to find the stuff using side reel. What gives?
Why can't the 'average person' find & watch films,movies, tv show episodes, etc without having to go through so many links to get there? -

Someone else may be able to help more, but I believe the best way is if you like stuff a particular uploader adds to megavideo, you can check out what else they've added, or you can check out related videos to what you're watching.

I can't watch anything either... i just spent the past half hour reading all of these supposed "answers" to tell me how to watch a movie, but nothing answers my question.
How do you watch a movie on this website? I found and clicked on the movie I want, but all it does is take me to the latest news feed from facebook. What is up with that? Isn't this site supposed to be to watch movies/tv online?
I dunno about anyone else, but personally, if i want to watch something, then I really dont care about the latest news feed from facebook about it, and how many people "like" it. When I click the movie title, there is no option for playing it; it just sends me back to the stupid facebook ad.

In the new version of SideReel, we're making the move towards a more TV-oriented site, with a focus on tracking, a feature that isn't quite as relevant to movies. However, we still have a movie section to keep users updated on new and upcoming releases and other news/reviews/discussions on current films. -

"On the new side reel, you can't watch movies. Instead, we made it so you can find out junk about the movie!"-

Sorry for the confusion-- Kendra's responses were from 10+ months ago, in response to the older version of the site. As for the new SideReel, we have plans for eventually bringing back links for movies in the future, but our first priority is getting our tracking features for TV up to their full potential before working on movies. -

When I did a search, this site's description says "Watch episodes online for free." However, when following your instructions to play a movie, it directs me to a site like iTunes or Amazon which requires me to pay for the program. Am I doing something wrong or am a victim of false advertising?

I couldn't agree more with Donnalynne Quick as well as Anna Dionne above!! I've just discovered this website, & thought it sounded great....but I am soooo frustrated.....even the answers to the FAQ are hard to follow!! AAGGGHHH...think I'll go somewhere else more user-friendly (hopefully!)
