I've reset my password, and i still can't log in (username or email). I've cleared all my cookies and restarted my browser and it's still not working.
I don't want to start a new account because i have all my shows tracked and "watched".

It says it cannot log me in because I have not confirmed my email but my email got hacked and I recently had to switch it to a new email but my sidereel still logs in with my old email. If I try to confirm it will send it to my old email that doesn't exist anymore and I do not want to lose all my tracked shows and watched episodes.

Hi , I have a strange problem! I can't log in any more and it wants me to send a confirmation email. I f I click on send I don't recieve one, if I put in my email again and press resend confirmation, the error "email not found" pops up and I recieve a confirmation email. But using the provided link I still can't log in and I get to the "please send a confirmation" site again. My username is s.ebner and my email is s.ebner@gmx.net

Looks like when you signed up, you accidentally entered your email address wrong (gm.net instead of gmx.net). I have corrected the address and a new confirmation email should be on its way to you!

Same problem as JVirginia here. I honestly can't remember if I ever confirmed my email. I still have the same email address (feat.angel@nexgo.de) though (or I wouldn't be able to receive the confirmation email, right?).

It is saying I can't log in because I didn't confirm my email- unfortunately my email account (nicoleavis@yahoo.co.uk) was having some problems so I had to deactivate it a few months ago! My sidereel is still linked to that address though. If I try to confirm it will send it to my old email which I can't access now. It might be that you are not confirming your email from the address you originally you signed up with. The email address associated with the account kathlin1990 is a hotmail address. Is that the email address you were confirming it from?

Hi I have a Sidereel account that I can log into on my iPhone but not on the website. My login username on the phone is bilalrh and email is bilalrh@hotmail.com, it tells me to confirm the account, so i provide my email address, and then it says email invalid, although i still get the confirmation email, and then i click the link, and it tells me the link is invalid or i have already confirmed, i login, and it starts over again,
Seeing this email isnt working, i used another one: bilalrh2@hotmail.com. I did get it to work with this one but idk what happened i got into an account with no tracked or watched shows which is wrong because on my phone my account has multiple shows tracked and watched. Please, please help me!
So in conclusion, the account on my iPhone that I want to get into has a username of bilalrh and I prefer to use the email bilalrh@hotmail.com, but if for some reason that would not work, I can also use the emails bilalrh2@hotmail.com, bilalrh3@hotmail.com and bilalrh4@hotmail.com. The problem is I wouldnt remember the other three emails if I were to forget something again, so please help me set this up with the first email only. -
