What are the guidelines for submitting links?

We greatly appreciate your participation in the SideReel community! As with any community, there are rules in place to preserve a positive experience for all our visitors.
- Add working links with good, clear video and audio that is in sync.
- Add links that contain a playable video for the appropriate episode or movie.
- Participate in our Get Satisfaction forums if you need assistance or wish to express a suggestion or concern.
Please Do:
- Add links to infringing videos and content.
- Add links for pages that do not host or embed working videos.
- Add more than one link per episode.
- Add a link to a preview or review of an episode.
- Add any links to a site that has adult advertisements, spyware, viruses or any other nastiness.
- Add links for Zango, CPA Lead, Clicksor, Infinity, Ad.Fly, or any other gateway ads that force users to click through an ad to get to a video or content.
- Add links that redirect to another site for any reason.
Please Don’t:
Submitted links will be monitored on a regular basis.
Occasionally SideReel will remove links for reasons including claims of infringement from content owners, violations of our Terms of Service, violations of these link submission guidelines and to maintain a positive experience for visitors to SideReel.com.
It is not always possible to provide details surrounding the removal of a link. We appreciate your understanding.

I am confused - it says to add links
"Add working links with good, clear video and audio that is in sync." and then it says do not,
"Add links that redirect to another site for any reason"

I suspect they were being a smart aleck by pointing out that a link in and of itself by it's very nature redirects you to another site.

I’m
frustrated, furious
Am I the only one who hates going through an entire page of "Sons of Anarchy" no matter what the show, or wrong episodes before I get to a working episode? I always make sure to sent a report about the bad links, but does ANYTHING get done with those, or am I just wasting my time? My frustration level is enough to make me NOT want to use Sidereel if I can't find what I want within five minutes, and i can't remember the last time that happened.
DOES anything get done with those reports that i carefully fill out on every episode, or am i just wasting my time?-
