Can you check if javascript is enabled on your browser? Also, what browser and version are you using? SideReel works best in the most updated versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer.

I've tried FireFox and Chrome, and yes javascript is enabled other sites that use it don't seem to have a problem.

Sorry you're having this issue - just to clarify this issue is happening on each of the browsers you've listed? A few other questions that might help us troubleshoot it:

- Did it just start happening?

- Is it happening on every SideReel.com page you see, or only some of them?

- Are you logged in or FB connected?

yep it's happening with both of them

it started happening about 2 months ago, i wasn't able to find the feedback button

it happens in every SideReel page

This is downright weird, particularly since it's inflicting you on multiple browsers.

Let's do one more test if you don't mind - can you try logging out of your account / FB Connect?

Also, would you mind uploading a screenshot in your reply, that could help us in troubleshooting it.

If it just won't work correctly with Facebook Connect, you can disconnect your account from Facebook so you can just log in on SideReel with your username. To do this, visit your Facebook and log in, then click the Applications button at the bottom left. Click on 'Edit Applications' then from the drop down menu, select Authorized. You should see the SideReel application on that list. Click the 'x' next to the application and confirm you want to remove it.

If it just won't work correctly with Facebook Connect, you can disconnect your account from Facebook so you can just log in on SideReel with your username. To do this, visit your Facebook and log in, then click the Applications button at the bottom left. Click on 'Edit Applications' then from the drop down menu, select Authorized. You should see the SideReel application on that list. Click the 'x' next to the application and confirm you want to remove it. Let us know if that helps!

well i did what you wrote, still some images wont load but i bet it's got something to do with the cache.

I just started having this problem. It is happening on every page of Sidereel. I am not going through Facebook. Just when I go to the actual site. I tried several different web browsers (Chrome, Opera, IE) but I had the same problem. Javascript is enabled, and I am not having any problems with any other site.

I am having the same problem at my work computer. It used to work about a couple weeks ago. Javascript is enabled, and the problem happens both on Firefox and IE. Below, I have attached two screenshots of what is happening.

Try clearing SideReel cookies on your browser, restarting and seeing if that helps. Also try clicking Shift Refresh as that can often help when the site isn't loading correctly.

Also, are you using the most recent versions of Firefox and IE? SideReel generally works best in the latest versions of Firefox and Safari.

cespersen, do you have any extras running on your browsers like ad blockers or anything else of that sort? If so, try disabling and see if that helps.

I assume when you tried shift refresh, the site fully loaded, but still looked like your previous screenshots?

cespersen, I was looking over your earlier comments that you were having this trouble on your work computer - is it possible the tech people at your work changed some sort of overall internet settings since it used to work for you? Check into that if you can. Otherwise, does the site work fine on your home computer?

I'm not sure if other people are having this same issue, but it's quite frustrating because all I have access to are the first few links and they're usually ones I can't use.

  Try a shift refresh if you're still having the issue. It was probably just a temporary oddity with the site loading, but do let us know if you still have trouble.
